Neighbourhood Connections Network (NCN)
The City of Armadale recognises that there are many community groups, organisations and clubs operating within the City and that these groups provide an amazing service to our residents, positively contributing to wellbeing and social cohesion.
Getting involved in community groups boosts belonging, social connection, and adds meaning to life. The City of Armadale encourages residents to join groups that interest them to build stronger, more connected neighbourhoods.
The Neighbourhood Connect Network (NCN) welcomes all community groups, organisations, and clubs operating within the City of Armadale to join. It offers a valuable opportunity for group leaders and representatives to collaborate, share information, celebrate achievements, and discuss future goals and projects, while building connections and relationships.
If you're part of a local group and passionate about fostering social connection, advocating for your suburb, and supporting fellow community members, we’d love to have you involved.

Participation in the NCN takes many forms as we understand those community members running community groups most likely have many time constraints and we like to make participation as easy as possible!
Members might be able to attend one of our meetings which are held every second month, or they might only be able to commit to reading meeting minutes and/or 'Information Blast' emails that are sent regularly. By being a member of the NCN groups have the option of participating as much or as little as they like.
If you'd like to join a group or get in contact with one you can find details below, or alternatively you can download the NCN Participating Group list with group descriptions under project documents.
If you have any questions or suggestions regarding the participating community groups, you're welcome to share them in the comment panel below.
