When are works commencing?
Works will commence early September, with an anticipated finish in early Early November 2024. During this timeframe, a section of the park will be closed, however works are not expected to have an adverse impact on any resident or property.
🚧 PLEASE NOTE 🚧
For the duration of the upgrade and to allow construction to go ahead safely, the current space will be temporarily closed with the construction site surrounded by fencing.
The majority of works will involve earthworks, landscaping and modifications to retained park infrastructure/landscaping. The primary hours of work will be on the weekdays from 7:00am to 5:00pm. There may be some noise and dust during the work for nearby residents and businesses. We will make every effort to minimise the impact of the works on the community as much as possible.
The City of Armadale thanks local residents and businesses in advance for their patience during these works. Construction work is not expected to have an adverse impact on any resident or property, however, should you wish to discuss any concerns prior to the works commencing or during the construction period, please contact the Parks Development team on 9394 5000 or email parkdesign@armadale.wa.gov.au.
