Rossiter Pavilion Trampoline Area Replacement
Following frequent maintenance issues with the in-ground trampolines at Rossiter Pavilion, the trampoline area is being repurposed.
What can you expect to see as part of the replacement?
The original trampolines have already been removed and were replaced with sand play equipment. This sand play equipment will be relocated to the main sand play area and replaced with the following:
- New rubber soft fall
- Interactive musicals elements such as giant chimes and drum set
- Group Rocker

Notification of works commencing - commencing soon!
For the duration of the replacement and to allow construction to go ahead safely, the current area within the overall playspace will be temporarily closed with the construction site surrounded by fencing.
The majority of works will involve earthworks, landscaping and modifications to retained park infrastructure/landscaping. The primary hours of work will be on the weekdays from 7.00am to 5.00pm. There may be some noise and dust during the work for nearby residents and businesses. We will make every effort to minimise the impact of the works on the community as much as possible.
The City of Armadale thanks local residents and businesses in advance for their patience during these works. Construction work is not expected to have an adverse impact on any resident or property, however should you wish to discuss any concerns prior to the works commencing or during the construction period, please contact the Parks Development team on 9394 5000 or email.
