Rossiter Pavilion Trampoline Area

Following frequent maintenance issues with the in-ground trampolines at Rossiter Pavilion, the trampoline area is being repurposed.

What can you expect to see as part of the replacement?

The original trampolines have already been removed and were replaced with sand play equipment. This sand play equipment will be relocated to the main sand play area and replaced with the following:

- New rubber soft fall
- Interactive musicals elements such as giant chimes and drum set
- Group Rocker

How can I be involved?

The City values your input.

If you’re a local resident or regularly visit Rossiter Pavilion, your thoughts can help the shape the type of play in this area. We're keen to hear your thoughts on the proposed replacement to make sure it reflects the needs of the community.

Check out the proposed concept plan in the documents tab to the right. Feel free to share your thoughts or comments with us below or by emailing parkdesign@armadale.wa.gov.au before 23 March.

Notification of works commencing - commencing soon!

For the duration of the replacement and to allow construction to go ahead safely, the current area within the overall playspace will be temporarily closed with the construction site surrounded by fencing.

The majority of works will involve earthworks, landscaping and modifications to retained park infrastructure/landscaping. The primary hours of work will be on the weekdays from 7.00am to 5.00pm. There may be some noise and dust during the work for nearby residents and businesses. We will make every effort to minimise the impact of the works on the community as much as possible.

The City of Armadale thanks local residents and businesses in advance for their patience during these works. Construction work is not expected to have an adverse impact on any resident or property, however should you wish to discuss any concerns prior to the works commencing or during the construction period, please contact the Parks Development team on 9394 5000 or email.

    Hi Guarav,

    Thank you for your feedback.

As the work being undertaken is within the existing trampoline area, unfortunately the City is limited with the type and size of equipment it can install due to playground fall zones dictated by the surrounding concrete. The proposed play pieces are aimed at users of all ages but we will keep you feedback in mind for any future works.
