Car Park Construction update as of September 2025: Piara Waters Library is open and thriving, and the City is now focused on improving parking facilities. The City is reviewing carparking capacity and several design concepts have been developed to accommodate an additional car park.
The Piara Waters Car Park project is currently on hold whilst some scope, contractor availability and budget challenges are addressed. The City is currently working through these items and will contact stakeholders when there is further information available, which will be updated on this page. Once these challenges are addressed a City staff member will consult with clubs and facility users individually. In the interim edts@armadale.wa.gov.au is the best contact
