Park Replacement - Eva & Bill Playground

The playground at Eva & Bill Moore Reserve is due for renewal and this is your chance to play a part in the adventure!

How can I be involved?

We value your input. If you’re a local resident or Eva & Bill Moore Reserve enthusiast, your ideas can help shape the future of play and park use at Eva & Bill Moore Reserve. We’re eager to collaborate with you in designing a playground that reflects what your community wants.

We will be running three stages of engagement process, allowing users and residents to follow along with the project journey.

1️⃣ Stage One: Survey closed - thanks to everyone who took the time to have your say!

Take part in the survey below to help us understand what you like or dislike about Eva & Bill Moore Reserve, particularly the playground.

The survey will close on Monday 8 September 2025 and, following feedback received from the survey, a concept plan will be developed and provided back to the community to view.

3️⃣ Stage Three: Notification works commencing - Starting Soon!

Works are due to commence November 2026 and anticipated to be finished early 2027.

For the duration of works and to allow construction to go ahead safely, the current space will be temporarily closed with the construction site surrounded by fencing.

The majority of works will involve earthworks, landscaping, and modifications. The primary hours of work will be on the weekdays from 7.00am to 5.00pm. There may be some noise and dust during the work for nearby residents and businesses. We will make every effort to minimise the impact of the works on the community as much as possible.

The City of Armadale thanks local residents and businesses in advance for their patience during these works.
