Welcome to the City of Armadale’s Diwali Lights Competition!

Diwali, also known as the Festival of Lights, is a major Hindu celebration that symbolises the victory of light over darkness and good over evil, marked by vibrant festivities, fireworks, and the lighting of oil lamps.

This Diwali, we’re inviting residents, businesses, and community groups to light up Armadale with vibrant, Diwali-themed displays that celebrate culture, creativity, and community spirit.

Whether you're decorating your home, shopfront, or community space, we want to see your lights shine!

How to Enter

Decorate your property with Diwali-inspired lights and decorations.
Take a photo of your display (day or night – night shots preferred!).
Submit your entry using the form below.
Add your pin to our interactive digital map so the community can explore!

Entries Open: Monday 15 September
