Over the past year, we’ve undertaken extensive consultation with residents, community groups and stakeholders to better understand local health and wellbeing concerns, barriers and opportunities. Your feedback has been combined with research, data and legislative requirements to develop a Plan that reflects the needs and aspirations of our community.
The Community Health and Wellbeing Plan 2025–2030 sets out strategies to empower healthy lifestyles, strengthen social connections, build healthier environments and reduce public health risks – all with the goal of supporting residents to live well and enjoy the best possible quality of life.
