Development Application - Single House - Outbuilding -- Water Tanks - Retaining Wall - 28 Cross Road BEDFORDALE


The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:

  1. Variations to the City’s Town Planning Scheme No.4:
    1. Sand pad for the purpose of constructing the described development is proposed to a maximum of 2m, in lieu of 1.5m;
    2. Total building coverage of the lot is proposed as 558m2 in lieu of 500m2.
  2. Variations to Local Planning Policy 3.4 – Outbuildings:
    1. Shed is proposed to have a floor area of 288m2, in lieu of 200m2;
    2. Shed is proposed to have a height to the top of the pitched roof to 6m, in lieu of 5m, and
    3. Shed is proposed to have a height to the top of the external wall to 5m, in lieu of 3.6m.
