The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:

  1. A Warehouse (floor area of 972m2) and ancillary Office;
  2. Proposal includes a variation to the car parking requirement: the number of car parking spaces required for this proposal under the City’s Town Planning Scheme No.4 is twenty three (23) spaces. Fifteen (15) spaces are proposed which is a shortfall of eight car parking spaces.

Further details are available for viewing at the City’s Administration Building between the hours of 8.15am and 4.45pm Monday to Friday.
