Two Grouped Dwellings - Lot 32, No. 5 Chadwick Parade Brookdale


The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:

  1. The construction of two double storey grouped dwellings.

  2. The proposal incorporates the following variations to the Residential Design Codes of Western Australia:

    1. The upper floor of Unit 2 is proposed to be setback 1.3m from the rear southern boundary instead of the compliant 1.5m;

    2. The upper floor balconies of Units 1 and 2 are proposed to have a privacy setback from the western side boundary of 7.0m and 2.0m from the rear southern boundary instead of the compliant 7.5m.
