Proposed Structure Plan for Stage 2 of The Doobarda Industrial Business Park
The City has received a draft Structure Plan for the future development of Stage 2 of the above Industrial Business Park.
Submissions must be made in writing and can be lodged via email to info@armadale.wa.gov.au or posted to Locked Bag 2, Armadale WA 6992. A Submission form is attached. Submissions must be lodged with the City by 14 January 2025. Time periods allowed for submissions on Structure Plans are prescribed by the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 and the City must adhere to these requirements.
The Structure Plan is being advertised to seek public comment on the proposal and advertising does not necessarily indicate that the proposal will receive final support and/or approval from the City of Armadale or the WAPC Following review of submissions received during the advertising period, the City will prepare a recommendation for the WAPC who will make a determination on the Structure Plan.
