Development Application - Proposed Fast Food Outlets - Lot 9047 Tesla Way Forrestdale
The City has received a development application which involves the following:
A development of five Bulky Goods Showrooms, one Motor Vehicle Repair and two Fast Food Outlets at the above mentioned address. The site is bordered by Remisko Drive, Tesla Way and Celsius Road and is located immediately west of the existing Forrestdale McDonalds outlet.
Fast Food Outlets are a discretionary (A) land use in the Industrial Business zone under Town Planning Scheme No. 4. As such, the City is seeking public comment on the two Fast Food Outlets.
