Proposed Closure of Right of Way (ROW) Located between Peet and Jarrah Road, Roleystone - Lot 66 Peet Road, Roleystone
The City has received a request to close the above-described right of way (ROW) as shown highlighted on the enclosed map.
The applicants wish to have the ROW closed on the grounds of the following:
The ROW is entirely land-locked and not accessible by road
The ROW has been maintained by the adjacent land owner since the original dwelling was built
Prior to further consideration being given to the closure request, neighbouring property owners are being invited to comment on the proposed closure.
Should you wish to make comment please complete the online submission or download the PDF version available from the Documents section of this page and return it to the City no later than Thursday 22 December 2022.
