The City has received a proposed Amended Structure Plan for the Harrisdale Green estate. Proposed modifications include changing the Local Centre zone site to the Residential zone and related modifications to the text of the Structure Plan Report to remove references to commercial development. All documents associated with the proposed amendment to the Structure Plan are available for download below.
Should you wish to make a submission commenting on the proposal, please complete the online submission form and or download the PDF version available from the Documents section of this page and return it to the City by 4pm Wednesday 29 March 2023. Submissions may be posted to the City, emailed (info@armadale.wa.gov.au) or delivered by hand to the Council's Administration Centre.
