Piara Waters West Oval Stage 1 construction has begun!
The new District Open Space will incorporate senior sized sports fields, sports lighting towers, retained bench seating, AFL goals, cricket pitch, practice cricket nets and areas of landscaping and tree planting. The oval is being developed by the City as a shared use facility with the future Piara Waters West Primary School (currently under construction) and the Armadale community.
The oval is anticipated to be complete by early 2027.
The primary hours of work are weekdays between 7am and 5pm. There may be some noise during the construction period, although every effort is being made to minimise disruptions to nearby residents.
