The City has received an application which involves a Single Grouped Dwelling at the above mentioned property. The proposal includes the following:

  1. Variation to Part C of the State Planning Policy 7.3 – Residential Design Codes Volume 1:
    1. Right hand side building on the boundary with an overall wall length of 14.08m, in lieu of 13m.
