Application for Development Approval - Single House - No.9 Bromfield Drive, Kelmscott

The City has received an application which involves a Single House at the above-mentioned property. The proposal includes the following variations to State Planning Policy 7.3 - Residential Design Codes Volume 1:

Building Height

  • Two-storey building with a maximum wall height of 7.3m and maximum roof height of 10.9m, in lieu of a maximum wall height of 7m and roof height of 8m.

Lot Boundary Setback

  • Carport lot boundary setback of 0.5m, in lieu of 1.1m; and
  • Carport with a minimum primary street setback of 9.1m, in lieu of 12m.

Site Works

  • Land cutting for the carport of 1m deep, with a lot boundary setback of 0.5m in lieu of 1m; and
  • Land cutting for the under-croft floor of 1.8m deep, with a lot boundary setback of 1.1m in lieu of 2m.
