Application for Planning Approval - Three Grouped Dwellings - LOT: 67 D/P: 6723, No. 7 Burndale Road Mount Richon 6112

The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following Residential Design Code (R-Codes) variation:

Building Lot Boundary Setbacks

  1. Western U3 building lot boundary setback of 1.5m, in lieu of 1.8m; and
  2. Rear building lot boundary setback of 2m, in lieu of 6m.

Site Works/ Retaining Walls

  1. Retaining on the rear lot boundary with a maximum height of 1.25m, in lieu of 0.5m;
  2. Retaining on the western lot boundary with a maximum height of 1.07m, in lieu of 0.5m; and
  3. Excavation within 1m of the eastern lot boundary of 1.1m deep, in lieu of 0.5m.
