The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following Residential Design Code (R-Codes) variation:
Proposed site works at the northern lot boundary with maximum excavation of 3.8m deep, in lieu of 0.5m; and
Proposed site works at the southern lot boundary with maximum excavation of 2.1m deep, in lieu of 0.5m.
