Application for Development Approval - (Family Day Care) - No.29 Rockvale Crescent, Harrisdale

The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal.

Details are as follows:

1. Use of the Single House to include Family Day Care;
2. Applicant will use the dwelling as their primary place of residence;
3. Maximum of seven (7) children at any one time;
4. Proposed hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 7.00pm; and
5. Two car bays are available on the driveway for use by customers during drop-off and pick-up of children.

As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than 20 March 2025.
