The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves a Change of Use from a 'Single House' to a 'Family Day Care' at the above-mentioned property. The proposal includes the following:

The applicant proposes the following:

  1. Maximum of four (4) children at any one time.
  2. Proposed hours of operation are Mon to Fri, 7.30am to 5.30pm and weekend care based on needs of parents; and
  3. Two car bays are available on the driveway for use by customers during drop-off and pick-up of children.
