The City has received an application which involves Nine Grouped Dwellings at the above-mentioned property. The proposal includes the following variations to State Planning Policy 7.3 – Residential Design Codes Volume 1:
Building up to the western lot boundary with an overall length of 24.3m, in lieu of 11.8m;
Building up to the eastern lot boundary with an overall length of 31.8m, in lieu of 18.2m; and
Unit 6 western lot boundary setback of 0.6m, in lieu of 1m.
