Development Application - Motor Vehicle Sales Dealership - Lot 9554 (No.63) Alex Wood Drive, Forrestdale
The City has received an application for the construction of a multi‑brand motor vehicle sales business (Stages 1 & 2), which comprises the following:
Eight (8) individual vehicle showroom tenancies;
Shared service reception area;
Shared vehicle service workshop;
Vehicle parking areas for customers and staff;
Vehicle display bays for sale vehicles;
Utilises an existing shared vehicle entrance from Bessemer Road (via Toyota site); and
Proposes two (2) additional new crossovers to Bessemer Road for site access.
Stage 3 of the applicant’s future on-site development is not proposed as part of this application. The applicant has confirmed their intent to facilitate the development of the future public road network in consistency with the City’s Local Planning Policy (PLN4.1) – Design of Industrial Sites and Estates, as part of any plans for Stage 3.
The application includes following supporting documentation; -
Development Plans;
Planning Report;
Traffic Impact Statement (TIS); and
BAL Assessment Report.
