Application for Development Approval - Bulk Earthworks - Lot 9101 Warton Road, Piara Waters
The City has received a development application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:
Clearing of the site and bulk earthworks including importation of 200,000m3 of imported fill for ultimate subdivision of the land.
The earthworks will be carried out Weekdays - 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday – 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM for a period of 3 months.
Bulk Earthworks is a ‘use not listed’ in the City’s Town Planning Scheme No. 4 (TPS 4). This means that the proposal requires public advertising including notifications to adjoin and nearby landowners as part of the assessment process.

Submissions forms can be submitted by post to City of Armadale, Locked Bag 2 Armadale WA 6992 or emailed to info@armadale.wa.gov.au.
