Application for Development Approval - Bulk Earthworks - Lot 9101 Warton Road, Piara Waters


The City has received a development application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:

  • Clearing of the site and bulk earthworks including importation of 200,000m3 of imported fill for ultimate subdivision of the land.
  • The earthworks will be carried out Weekdays - 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday – 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM for a period of 3 months.

Bulk Earthworks is a ‘use not listed’ in the City’s Town Planning Scheme No. 4 (TPS 4). This means that the proposal requires public advertising including notifications to adjoin and nearby landowners as part of the assessment process.
