Application for Development Approval - Amended Plans - Warehouses And Office - Lot 901, No. 136 Third Avenue, Kelmscott

The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:

1. Warehouses and Office – plans amended to mirror previously approved development;

  1. Five Warehouse units plus an ancillary administration office;
  2. Total proposed development area is 6,108m² (GFA) plus 928.8m² of canopy area;
  3. Car parking area for 117 cars; and,
  4. Landscaping;

As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than 20 September 2024.

Further details are available for viewing at the City’s Administration Building between the hours of 8:15am and 4:45pm Monday to Friday. Submissions can be submitted to info@armadale.wa.gov.au.
