The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:

  1. Five Warehouse units plus an ancillary administration Office;
  2. Total proposed development area is 6,108m² (GFA) plus 872m² of canopy area;
  3. Car parking area for 119 cars; and,
  4. Landscaping;

As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment, please complete the online submission form or download the PDF version available from the Documents section of this page and return it to the City no later than 28 April 2023.
