The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal to be determined by the Metro Outer Development Assessment Panel, which involves the development of forty two (42) Grouped Dwellings.
Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than 29 January 2026.
Further details are available for viewing at the City’s Administration Building between the hours of 8.15am and 4.45pm Monday to Friday.
Please note that this application is subject to the provisions of the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011 and as such the application will be referred to the Metro Outer Development Assessment Panel for determination. The City is not the decision making authority in this regard.
