Application for Development Approval - Retaining Wall and Site Fill - Lot 9000, No. 12 Turner Place, Kelmscott

The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:

1. Site fill and retaining wall in excess of 0.5m above natural surface level;

Please note the grouped dwellings do not form part of the submission, only the retaining wall which will consist of plinth retaining wall (500mm or less) where possible and then ‘Twinside’ retaining (500mm or higher) and associated site fill.

As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than 9 September 2024.

Further details are available for viewing at the City’s Administration Building between the hours of 8:15am and 4:45pm Monday to Friday. Submissions can be submitted to info@armadale.wa.gov.au.
