Application for Development Approval - Seven (7) Grouped Dwellings - Lot 9, No.1 Banyard Avenue, Kelmscott

The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following variations to the Deemed to Comply (DTC) provisions of State Planning Policy 7.3 Residential Design Codes Volume 1 (R-Codes):

  1. Side boundary setback variation to store sheds (Units 1 and 7);
  2. Nil setback (boundary / parapet) walls on northern boundary (Unit 1 and 7);
  3. Nil setback (boundary / parapet) walls on south western boundary (Unit 4);
  4. Side boundary setback variations to alfresco areas (Units 4, 5 and 7);
  5. Reduced open space (all units);

As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than 24 August 2023.

Further details are available for viewing at the City’s Administration Building between the hours of 8:15am and 4:45pm Monday to Friday.
