Application for Development Approval - Change of Use - Motor Vehicle Wash to Service Station - Lot 850 (85) Ypres Road, Camillo


The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:

  1. Converting the existing Motor Vehicle Wash into a Service Station. The existing facility previously operated as a Service Station around 1981 to 2008.

  2. Widening the existing crossovers and converting them into an ‘entry only’ and ‘exit only’ crossovers.

  3. The proposed operating hours are 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  4. No development is proposed to the existing Fast Food Outlet (Chicken Treat).
