The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:
A development application submitted to the state government’s Metro Outer Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) for a local shopping centre development at Lot 807, No. 387 Nicholson Road, Piara Waters. This property is located at the junction of Nicholson Road and Armadale Road.
The proposal is located within the Local Centre and Mixed Business/Residential zone precincts under the adopted City of Armadale Development Area No. 31 Structure Plan.
The development incorporates multiple separate buildings across Lot 806. A ‘main street’ element is proposed to be the central feature of the development. The following specific land uses are proposed:

Fast Food Outlet (x4)
Liquor Store Small (x1)
Recreation Private (Gym) (x1)
Office (x1)
