The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:

  1. A Home Business for a small-scaled ‘nano’ brewery contained within the existing garage and storage (42sqm floor area).
  2. The operating hours for the business will be Friday 12:30pm - 4:30pm and Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm.
  3. The proposal does not involve any visitors, on-site retail component or external employees.
