Application for Development Approval - Change of Use to Family Day Care: Lot 68 - 37B Lensham Place Armadale

The City has received an application which involves a Change of Use from a 'Single House' to a 'Family Day Care' at the above-mentioned property. The proposal includes the following:

  1. Maximum of Seven (7) children at any one time.
  2. Proposed hours of operation are Mon to Fri, 7.00am to 7.00pm.
  3. Two car bays are available on the driveway for use by customers during drop-off and pick-up of children.
