Application for Development Approval - Three (3) Grouped Dwellings - Lot 63, No. 34 Bowden Place, Armadale


The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following variations to the Deemed to Comply (DTC) provisions of State Planning Policy 7.3 Residential Design Codes Volume 1 (R-codes):

  1. Nil setback walls on north eastern side boundary (there are no deemed to comply provisions relevant to the proposed walls);
  2. Site fill up to 0.6m for Unit 1 alfresco area (DTC provisions permit up to 0.5m).
