Application for Development Approval - Eight (08) Grouped Dwellings Lot: 49 (No. 133) Forrest Road, Armadale

The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following Residential Design Code (R-Codes) variation:

  1. Proposed building up to the north-west rear lot boundary with an overall combined wall length of 18.6m and a height less than 3.5m high, in lieu of a 1m setback
