Application for Development Approval - Four Grouped Dwellings - Lot 43, No. 3153 Albany Highway, Armadale

The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following variations to the Deemed to Comply provisions of the Residential Design Codes Volume 1 Part C:

  1. Retaining walls on the site boundary exceeding 1.0m in height above the natural surface level (NSL) of the adjacent lot. Proposed walls are up to 1.9m in height on the rear boundary and up to 1.23m on the side boundary abutting Unit 27.

As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than 26 February 2026.

Further details are available for viewing at the City’s Administration Building between the hours of 8:15am and 4:45pm Monday to Friday. Submissions can be submitted to info@armadale.wa.gov.au.
