Application For Development Approval - House Extension, Undercroft Garage And Outbuilding (Shed) - Lot 41 - No. 56 Cooliabberra Drive, Wungong
The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following variations to the City’s Town Planning Scheme No.4 and Local Planning Policies:
1.Variation to front and side setback requirements (15m setbacks to boundaries are required);
- front (street) setback of 10.2m to outbuilding (shed) proposed;
- side (northern) boundary setback of 10.2m to house extension proposed.
2.Variation to site cover requirements (maximum of 500m2 permitted including outbuildings) - proposed site cover is approx. 549m2.
3.Proposed outbuilding (shed) to be located forward of the building line of the existing dwelling.
As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than 4 December 2023.
