The City has received an application for the change of use of a single storey dwelling to Unhosted Short term Rental Accommodation, which involves the following:
The number of guests proposed to stay at any one time is ten (10) guests.
The check-in time is from 3 pm and check-out time is by 10 am.
A minimum stay of two (2) nights per booking.
Provision of two (2) on-site parking.
A Short-Term Rental Accommodation Management Plan outlining management measures, operational details, and house rules to support the application.
As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than: 9 November 2026
