Application for Development Approval - Eight Grouped Dwellings - Lot 4, No. 80 Owtram Road, Armadale
The City has received an application for the above mentioned proposal, which involves the following variations to the Deemed to Comply (DTC) provisions of State Planning Policy 7.3 Residential Design Codes (R-Codes):
Nil setback (boundary) walls to northern boundary - applicant is proposing nil setback walls with a combined length of 52.95m on the northern boundary of the above mentioned lot.
As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than 22 February 2024.
Further details are available for viewing at the City’s Administration Building between the hours of 8:15am and 4:45pm Monday to Friday.
