Development Application - Change of Use / Short Term Rental Accommodation Lot 372 - 8 Berkshire Approach Piara Waters

The City has received an application for the change of use of a single storey dwelling to Unhosted Short term Rental Accommodation, which involves the following:

• Maximum of eight (8) guests at any one time;

• Check-in time is from 3 pm and check-out time is by 10 am;

• A minimum stay of two (2) nights per booking;

• Provision of four (4) on-site parking bays for guests; and

• Cover Letter outlining management and operational details is provided to support the application.

As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than: 22 July 2026
