Application for Development Approval - Single House and Garage / Outbuilding - Lot 340, No. 2 Dmietrieff Road, Bedfordale

The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:

  1. A 9.6m high metal clad barn structure comprising:
    1. 217m2 dwelling on two floors;
    2. 242m2 garage under the main roof;
    3. 120m2 attached garage;
  2. Proposed site cover of 545m2 exceeding the permitted 500m2 of site cover;
  3. Site fill and retaining exceeding 1.5m above natural surface level;

As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than 27 November 2025.

Further details are available for viewing at the City’s Administration Building between the hours of 8.15am and 4.45pm Monday to Friday.
