The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:
1. A Change of Use to operate a Family Day Care
2. The application proposes a maximum of four pre-school children at any one time
3. The proposed operating hours are 7:30am to 5:30pm.
4. All vehicle pick up and drop off are proposed to be within the private boundary within the driveway.
5. All activities are proposed within the dwelling and backyard and will not be visible from the streetscape.
