Development Application - Earthworks - Lot 305 - 10 Gold Place Mount Richon


The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:

  1. Earthworks with a setback variation of 2m from top of retaining to the boundary of Lot 806 outside the approved development envelope (in lieu of 5m); and
  2. Earthworks with a setback variation of 3.5m from bottom of retaining to the boundary of Lot 806 outside the approved development envelope (in lieu of 5m).

As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment.
