Application for Development Approval - Seven (7) Grouped Dwellings - Lot 3, No. 82 Owtram Road, Armadale

The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following variations to the Deemed to Comply provisions of the Residential Design Codes Volume 1:

  1. Site fill and retaining walls exceeding 1.0m above natural surface level at the boundary. Retaining and fill is proposed up to 1.2m above natural surface level on the side boundaries of the abovementioned lot.

As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than 16 September 2025.

Further details are available for viewing at the City’s Administration Building between the hours of 8.15am and 4.45pm Monday to Friday.
