Family Day Care in existing dwelling;
Outside play area of 86m2 at rear of dwelling;
Sufficient room for two additional vehicles for drop-off / pick-ups;
Operating hours 7.00am to 6.00pm, five days per week, one staff (household member);
As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment.
