Application for Development Approval - Incidental Development (Patio) - Lot 248, No. 9 Vermilion Boulevard, Hilbert

The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following variation to the provisions of the City’s Town Planning Scheme No.4.

  1. The side boundary setback distance for the proposed patio is approximately 1.5 metres (the Scheme requirement for side boundary setback distances is 3.0 metres).

As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than 26 October 2023.
