Development Application - Shed and Earthworks - Lot 24 - 11 Gwynne Place Roleystone

The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:

  1. An outbuilding (shed) with an external wall height of 4m, measuring 20m along the longer side elevations and 10m along the shorter side elevations.

Under the Table 1 - Maximum Dimensions for Outbuildings of Local Planning Policy PLN 3.4 - Outbuildings, for lot sizes of 1 hectare and over, external wall heights greater than 3.6m are considered to be a variation.

As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than 20 February 2026.
