Application for development approval - Four Grouped Dwellings - Lot: 23 (No. 34) Westfield Road Kelmscott
The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal.
The subject site has a dual coding of R25/60. The applicant proposes to access the R40 density code in accordance with TPS No.4 provisions. Given that your abutting property has a base zoning of R25, the following Residential Design Code (R-Codes) variations are proposed:
Proposed building up to the rear lot boundary with a wall length of 13.3m, in lieu of 9m; and
Proposed building up to the north-east side lot boundary with a wall length of 21.3m, in lieu of 16.3m.
As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than 15 May 2025.
