Development Application - Change Of Use / Short Term Rental Accommodation - Lot 22 - 1 Myrtle Street Piara Waters

The City has received an application for the change of use of a single storey dwelling to a Unhosted Short term Rental Accommodation, which involves the following:

  1. The number of guests proposed to stay at any one time is six (6) guests.
  2. The check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
  3. A minimum stay of three (3) nights per booking, with a two (2) night stay permitted for exceptional circumstances.
  4. Two (2) guest parking is proposed within the site.
  5. Management and operational details are provided to support the application.

As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than: 25 June 2026
